May God bless our troops on this day as we remember all who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in war. America’s all volunteer force has sacrificed dearly since 9/11. “Only the best can serve” is more true today than ever before in history. It amazes me how these same men and women can serve multiple combat deployments overseas without complaining about paying more than their fair share of sacrifice to our great nation. For those who have served or have family currently serving overseas, I am grateful for the honorable and faithful service they provide.
